About the market

Owing to the great popularity of the Christmas market held in recent years, there will once again be market activity this year around the Dorfgemeinschaft Haus (village community house). Refreshments are amply provided, with tea, coffee, cake, waffles, grill, Glühwein, grog and so on. At the Advent bazaar there are many handicrafts and craft items to see and buy. The Dorfgemeinschaftsplatz will be transformed into a small but fine Christmas landscape. We hope for your visit and lively participation. Around 17:00, Father Christmas is expected at the Christmas market together with the Wiesmoor royal household, to surprise our youngest visitors with sweet treats. At dusk, Stockbrot (bread on a stick) will then be made together with the little ones.
