About the market
The Valbert Christmas market presents itself as an event of regional importance, which is an established part of the pre-Christmas customs in the Märkischer Kreis. This event offers visitors the opportunity to get into the festive spirit and to get to know the cultural offerings of the region. The market stalls offer a variety of handicrafts and culinary specialities that reflect local and seasonal value creation. The focus is on an atmospheric design that takes up the traditional connotation of a Christmas market while also allowing a contemplative gathering. The ambience is shaped by suitable decoration and lighting, which contribute to the festive mood. A balanced relationship between commerce and the traditional Christmas spirit is maintained, which underlines the market's distinctive character. Meeting local vendors and experiencing a communal atmosphere are in the foreground.
