LEER – Historic old town and its "Wiehnachtsmarkt achter d'Waag" Traditionally, this beautiful Wiehnachtsmarkt takes place on the four Sundays of Advent. The market is open from 14:00 to 19:00 and stretches from the Museumhafen to the Garrelscher Garten. With great attention to detail, the volunteer members have built 23 small huts modelled on the gables of the old town.
